
BOOKING POLICY
At Queen B of Hair, we strive to provide our clients with a smooth and professional booking experience. Please review our booking policy to ensure your appointment process is seamless and hassle-free.

Appointment Booking
1. Booking Methods:
-Appointments can be booked online via Queenbofhair.com, or in person at the salon.
​
2. Deposit Requirements:
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your Service.
​
3. Advanced Booking:
- We recommend booking your appointment at least 1-2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
​
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid losing your deposit.
- Rescheduling request must also be made 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to the new date. You are allowed 30 days from the original appointment date.

No-Show Policy:
- Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a no-show fee before booking future appointments.
Late Arrivals
1. Grace Period:
- A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals.
2. Beyond Grace Period:
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, rescheduled, or shortened at the stylist's discretion. Late arrivals are subjec to cancellation and no-show fees.

Children and Guests
1. Children:
- For safety and to ensure a relaxing experience, children are only allowed in the salon if they have an appointment.
2. Guests
- Please limit additional guest.
