Take your hair to the next level with a custom U Part wig from Queen B Of Hair. This protective style gives you a natural look without sacrificing the health of your hair. You'll need 3 to 4 bundles of hair for fullness and you can provide your own bundles or purchase bundles from me. Text me after booking this service and I'll help you create the look of your dreams.
Cancellation Policy
At Queen B of Hair, we understand that life happens. To ensure fairness and maintain quality service for all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policies: Cancellation Policy 1. Notice Required: - Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. 2. Late Cancellations: - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% service charge of the scheduled service. 3. No-shows: - Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. - Multiple no-shows may result in restrictions on booking future appointments. Rescheduling Policy 1. Notice Required - Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid penalties. 2. Last- Minute Rescheduling: - Rescheduling request made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $25 rescheduling fee. 3. Limited Changes: - Appointments can only be rescheduled TWICE per booking. After the second reschedule, the appointment must either be kept or canceled (fees may apply). Late Arrivals 1. A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. 2. Beyond Grace Period: - If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, rescheduled, or shortened at the stylist's discretion. Late cancellations will be subject to the cancellation policy. Emergency Exceptions We understand emergencies happen.
