At Queen B of Hair, we offer convenient in-salon pick-up for our local customers. Please review the following policy to ensure a smooth and efficient pick-up experience.

Order Processing

- Processing time: Orders for in-salon pick-up are prepared within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.

- Ready for Pick- Up Notification: You will receive an email or text notification once your order is ready for pick-up. Please wait for this confirmation before arriving at the salon.

All pick-up orders can be collected at the following address:

Pick-Up Hours

Pick-up is available during the salons operating hours:

- Monday - Friday: 10am- 9pm

- Satuday: 11am - 5pm

- Sunday: Closed

If you are unable to pick up during these hours, please contact us at Brittanybenjamin75@yahoo.com or 347-856-6008 to arrange an alternative time.

- Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation (email or text) when picking up the order.

Return  Policy

At Queen B of Hair, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality hair products. Please review policy carefully to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.

Eligibility for Returns

ā€‹

1. Unused products: All returns must be for products that are in their original condition, unworn, unaltered,and in the original packaging. This includes ties, tags, and any protective coverings.

2. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we will not accept returns.

3. Exclusions: 

- Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any products that have been worn, washed, dyed, cut, or chemically treated.

Return Process

1. Contact Us: To begin the return process, email our customer service team at Brittanybenjamin75@yahoo.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if applicable).

2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns unless the item was defective or sent in error.

3. Inspection: Upon receipt of your return, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets eligibility criteria. If the product does not meet these criteria, the return will be denied.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is approved.

- Shipping fees are non- refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
